Views on nuclear weapons:

Replied to survey in November 2006 saying she was opposed to Trident replacement and said:

"Nuclear weapons are morally reprehensible and a civilised nation should not permit them on it's soil. In addition, the costs involved could be put to better use in building new homes, schools and hospitals and the infrastructure that a modern country needs"

Replied to survey in June 2005 saying she was opposed to Trident replacement.
